2. Personal Data We Collect

When you place an order, we collect the data needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address (emirate, city, street) and order details. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment provider (Shopify Payments) and are never stored on our systems.

When you browse our website, we automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited. We also use the Meta Pixel (analytics provided by Meta Platforms) to understand how visitors use our store and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, email or our contact form, we keep the content of that conversation and the contact details you provide.

3. Why We Use Your Data (Purposes and Legal Bases)

Under the UAE PDPL, we process personal data only where we have a lawful basis. We use your data to: (a) process and deliver your orders and handle returns — performance of our contract with you; (b) process payments securely — performance of contract; (c) respond to your enquiries — your consent or our legitimate interest in customer service; (d) send you offers and updates where you have subscribed — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; (e) analyse and improve our website and advertising — your consent where required, and our legitimate interest in improving our services; (f) comply with UAE legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run our store: Shopify (store platform, checkout and payment processing), Meta Platforms (advertising analytics, via the Meta Pixel), and delivery and courier partners who bring your order to you. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

We never sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by UAE law, court order or a competent authority.

5. Transfers Outside the UAE

Some of our service providers (such as Shopify and Meta) process data on servers located outside the United Arab Emirates. Where your data is transferred abroad, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection in line with the UAE PDPL, including contractual safeguards with the receiving providers.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep order and customer data for as long as needed to fulfil your orders, handle any returns or disputes, and meet UAE legal, tax and accounting retention requirements. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent. Data that is no longer needed is securely deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to: request access to your personal data and obtain a copy of it; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; request erasure of your data where it is no longer needed; request restriction of, or object to, certain processing; withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting processing that already took place); and request data portability where technically feasible.
