Returns & Refunds

1. Cancelling Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 385 1453 or email hameedscar18@gmail.com with your order number and we will refund you in full.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us first so we can issue return instructions — returns sent back without notifying us cannot always be processed.

3. Condition of Returned Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances can only be returned unused, unopened and with the original seal and packaging intact.

Opened or used products can only be returned if they are faulty, damaged in transit, or not the item you ordered.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Items

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including any shipping cost, and we cover the return shipping.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is borne by you. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover the cost.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer to an account you provide.

7. Bundles and Discounted Orders

If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount no longer applies to the remaining items and the refund is calculated on the regular price of the items you keep. If you return the whole bundle, you are refunded the full amount you paid.

8. Exchanges

Prefer a different fragrance? Where the item is eligible for return, we are happy to exchange it for another fragrance of equal value; any price difference is settled before we ship the replacement.
