1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through hameeds-carperfume.com with German Consulting Group FZC, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE (trade licence 4423719.01), trading as HAMEED'S Premium Car Fragrances ("we", "us").

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

2. Products

We sell luxury car fragrances. Product photographs, colours and packaging are shown as accurately as possible; slight variations in shade or scent perception are normal and not a defect. Fragrance longevity claims describe typical use and may vary with temperature, ventilation and how the product is used.

Our fragrances are for use in vehicles only. Keep away from children, do not swallow, avoid contact with eyes and painted or leather surfaces, and keep away from open flames.

3. Prices and Bundle Offers

All prices are stated in AED and include applicable taxes. The price shown in your cart at the moment you complete checkout is the price that applies.

Bundle offers (for example Buy 2 or Buy 3) are automatically applied discounts on multi-item orders. Bundle prices apply only while the offer is displayed, cannot be combined with other discount codes, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time for future orders.

4. Order and Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to a pricing error, unavailability, suspected fraud or an undeliverable address — and will refund any amount already paid.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout and is processed by Shopify Payments and the respective payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Where cash on delivery is offered, the full amount must be paid to the courier on handover.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times and shipping fees are shown on our Shipping & Delivery page and at checkout. Stated delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed dates; delays caused by couriers, customs or force majeure are outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery of the goods to you or to a person you designate.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched at no cost by contacting us. Once dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Warranty and Liability

You have the statutory rights granted by UAE consumer protection law in respect of defective or misdescribed goods. If a product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage caused by misuse of the product or use contrary to the instructions.

9. Use of the Website

You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape our content, or copy our texts, images, logo or design without our written consent. All intellectual property on this site remains ours or our licensors'.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you reside.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
